We will keep you updated about major events such as a new customer response to an important ticket, automatically receive notifications for all tickets being assigned to you in our Help desk. Then, you’ll be able to add quick replies or notes to your tickets directly from Teams. Collaborate as a team on tickets and stay updated using Chat. Organize your agents into services and departments, and share, assign and resolve fairly and quickly. Now employees can create a ticket on the fly from within Teams using their existing Office 365 login credentials. Further Zervise on Teams won’t need any additional cloud or services as it works within your Office 365 subscription.
