The Bot behavior is completely customizable without any coding. The most common use cases of NetBrain’s Automation Bot include 1) providing the self-service capability to IT co-workers, where step-by-step guidance can be provided through an easy-to-use Bot 2) providing guided diagnosis of complex problems, where one or multiple diagnosis automation is packaged inside a streamline Bot workflow.
For the first time using this Bot, please ask your NetBrain IE system administrator to configure these automation assets on the Triggered Automation Manager page of NetBrain IE.
