With this integration, quickly set up a Coresee meeting room, invite participants, and streamline the scheduling process—all in a familiar interface.
As the meeting Host, simply set Coresee as your preferred video conferencing option when creating an Outlook event. The meeting link and details will be automatically generated and included in the calendar invite.
Plus, with the Coresee Add-In, you can apply additional meeting room privacy settings from Microsoft Outlook, with the same options available in the Coresee platform.
EventBasedLaunch Disclaimer
This offer enables LaunchEvents functionality, which is used when Outlook events are created or updated. In those conditions, Coresee inserts the meeting link and relevant details into the Outlook calendar event to simplify scheduling.
