Number lines let you depict numbers (or number ranges) with associated narrative. This can be an effective way to tell a story that involves progress to goal, relative values, explanation of values, and much more. This is extremely well-suited to building compelling infographics.

Can show discrete values or group values by tens, hundreds, thousands, etc. (user-defined or automatic)
Optionally specify end values, thereby showing number ranges
Locale/language sensitive formatting
Option to use exponential/log scale
Control over precision, currency and optional units
Control colors through settings or data
Categorization of values
Option to show one number-line per category (10+ settings support this)
Option to show horizontally or vertically
Interactive filtering
Display images alongside values
Format settings such as how to delimit grouped values
Many other size, shape, and layout settings (70+ settings available!)
Some format settings can come from data such that complex per-marker formatting can be applied ("format expressions" - see documentation at https://bi-champ.com/help)
