For customers using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Now Assist (ServiceNow's AI platform), you can extend the capabilities of the Now Virtual Agent by leveraging AI to improve user productivity and efficiency with Copilot. While using Copilot, users can ask any ServiceNow related questions such as (please note the inclusion of the customer's bot name is required in the prompt):
- Now Virtual Agent what is my company's laptop replacement policy?
- Now Virtual Agent can you help me order a replacement laptop?
- Now Virtual Agent can you transfer me to a live agent?
Note: Users must have an active ServiceNow account in order to use Virtual Agent capabilities in Teams, including message extension. Please reach out to your ServiceNow administrator to install and configure.
To use the Copilot capabilities with ServiceNow, customers are required to have Copilot and Now Assist licenses. Please reach out to your ServiceNow administrator and Microsoft Teams administrator to setup.
