Customer Channel accelerator for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
The supply chain and the end customer have different roles to play in the purchase and delivery process; as a result it can be time consuming to allocate certain roles across customer or vendor groups when processing orders.
The Customer Channel accelerator helps you add a combination of customers on the order, in order to automate the EDI import when entering the customer’s orders.
Each customer up the chain is attached to a function:
- Ordered by
- Invoiced to
- Delivered to
- Paid by
- Freighted by (optional)
- Send invoice to (optional)
- Credited by (optional)
Easy to use and intuitive, it’s possible to inherit some functions. The channel is easily created from the customer record in the newly created “Channel” tab.
