Time Board

... is a single-page application much like the Schedule Board that comes included in the Microsoft 1st-party solutions called Universal Resource Scheduling, Field Service and Project Operations. Typically Field Service resources have to log accurate time spent on Work Orders that includes a start time and end time, not just the duration and date. This is because their work is reported to the customer with the arrival and departure time from the service location. Because of this it is very helpful to see these time entries on a type of timeline, where the time entries can be moved or adjusted by simple mouse dragging. The Field Service solution can generate these time entries automatically as the resource changes the Booking Status throughout their day. The Time Board can display these automatically generated time entries and allow for single or bulk operations on them, including: copy, move, delete, submit, approve, etc. Time board can also adjust these time entries to adhere to a minimum clock interval, for instance making sure that all timestamps are on an even 10 minute of the hour. Time Board can fill in any gaps in a resource's working hours with new Time Entries of a user-configurable type.

After your test drive environment is provisioned you will have 8 hours that you can see how the Time Board works. You can access The Time Board by first opening the Time Board app using the app selector. Your Bookable Resource record is already created and there are some Time Entry records pre-created.
