Managing your customers contact information and preferences is key in being able to manage the relationship with your customers. At ilionx we support case-oriented working with the ilionx Relatiebeheer system based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This is completely built within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and therefore automatically has the most widely used cloud platform worldwide for collaboration; both within the traditional boundaries of organizations and beyond. Our solution has been developed from the concept of (co)creation, collaboration, sharing, findability and reliability. All applications are fully integrated and offered in a uniform and logical interface, also on a mobile device.
