3-2-1-GoCheck is now a very convenient way to administer and execute background checking. Our solution replaces the “accepted disaster” that has been background checking for the past 15 years. Requesting a background check has never been easier. Finding out the status of the order – ever easier! Our modern approach to background checking takes into account the client, candidate and all third parties by linking each of them to make the process transparent with less administration. Our digital solution is automating tedious processes, integrated with other HR solutions and offers real time updates. Our solution is perfect for any organisation that must carry out regular amount of background checks but do not want to allocate a “team” manage the process.

The Microsoft Teams app can be activated straight from the Marketplace inside the 3-2-1-GoCheck settings – just click the "Connect Microsoft Teams" Button and follow the steps described. After you have inserted your 3-2-1-GoCheck API credentials, you can configure the integration to your specific needs.

Here's what the 3-2-1-GoCheck Microsoft Teams app allows you to do:

• Request a new check Requesting a new background check can now be requested without having to leave Microsoft Teams. Simply navigate to the 3-2-1-GoCheck app in Microsoft Teams and enter the command "Create a new background check". Afterwards, you'll be able to input the package that contains the checks, name and email address of candidate then submit the request. Once you have confirmed your Order, the candidate approver will be notified just as if you made the request directly from the 3-2-1-GoCheck platform.
• Timely updates Stay on top of what's happening in your candidates as a team or department by using our “get status” feature. Alternatively, our solution can be configured so that every morning we send an update with a summarised view of the status of all checks that are in progress, all checks that have been completed or number of candidates that are being considered for which checks needs to be completed.. These messages can be sent straight to relevant Teams channels. Messages can be sent to multiple Team channels that can be filtered by team, department and location.
• Cancel an existing check Have you or candidate decided not to progress with a background check? We have made this cancellation process just as easy directly from Teams. Simply navigate to the 3-2-1-GoCheck app in Microsoft Teams and enter the command "Cancel check for “Name of Candidate"”. Afterwards, you'll be able to confirm the details (name and email address of candidate) then submit the request. Once you have confirmed your request, the candidate approver will be notified just as if you made the cancellation directly from the 3-2-1-GoCheck platform.
