Our WeTrack application acts as a central command centre that tracks the entire last-mile delivery operation of multi-transporters. This allows us to monitor and track the packages as well as who is responsible for which deliveries and reasons for any failed deliveries.

Our mobile app allows drivers to scan labels (including multi-related labels for single customer) to verify the items collected are the correct ones and get updated in our database. Command Center would be prompted if drivers didn’t collect the parcels. It would provide updates to customers on the status of their deliveries. Processes could be enforced before drivers are able to submit completed deliveries.

WeTrack has a tiered hierarchy system. An account with more authority than the other can view and manage everything underneath them. Permissions and authority for each tier in the hierarchy are customisable.
