What do you like best about the product?The flexibility it gives in terms of customization. The ease of use. I have been using Zoho Projects for a long time now. Zoho People to track performance of my associates and Zoho Cliq for internal team communication and my experience has been noting but exceptional.What do you dislike about the product?The interface could have been better, everything else is great.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Great features and customization capabilities in a cheaper price range.

What do you like best about the product?I am using Zoho people at our organization for managing our employment portal and easily managing attendence regularization with all holiday and hr manual recordsWhat do you dislike about the product?sometimes means once in a 3 -4 months it cannot accept our picture to check in check out our attendenceWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?with the help of zoho people our load is less and it will manage all the changes at its own but you need to put that changes initially one time ,after that it will automatically put,so its less time taking and effective as well

What do you like best about the product?Zoho One has all kinds of modules that a small company would need. From Project management to HR to CRM to online sign to email and calendar, surveys and more. Perfect for a all in one system. We use it daily for our whole team.What do you dislike about the product?Zoho projects is not as moden as it shoud be and has some missing features copared to like Monday.com or something. CRM was harder to setup. Support is helpful but do not always understand on the first try what the issue is. It is integrated with Outlook which was easy.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Team work and to manage projects to stay on deadline and time

What do you like best about the product?Zoho one is very customizable. I liked being able to change forms or the layout and how I viewed certain modules.What do you dislike about the product?So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project. I also felt that even though I could email the support team, it was not ideal in the time it took to resolve issues.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Potential clients and the sales funnel.
