개정된 상생협력법 시행(22.2.18, 중소벤처기업부)에 따라 대기업의 비밀유지계약(NDA, Non-Disclosure Agreement) 의무화 및 징벌적 손해배상 규정이 더욱 강화되고 중소기업의 입증책임은 완화되었습니다. 이에 대기업은 중소기업을 대상으로 기술문서를 요청, 공유하고 활용할 때 더욱 책임감 있는Compliance 준수가 필요한 상황입니다.
‘TechBridge’는 상생협력법을 엄격히 준수하며 안전한 온라인 환경에서 대기업, 중소기업 간 NDA의 체결 - 기술자료 요청 - 활용 - 폐기하는 일련의 모든 과정을 하나의 Life cycle로 지원하기 위해 만든 서비스입니다. ‘TechBridge’는 대기업, 중소기업 사용자 모두에게 기존 Off-line 협업 프로세스의 비효율성, 부정확성, 처리 시간 지연으로 인한 불편함을 제거하여 보다 편리하고 직관적인 사용자 경험을 제공할 것입니다.

Overview
On-line NDA signing, requesting technical documents, and sharing services (compliance with the revised act on the promotion of mutual benefit cooperation between large and small businesses and supporting convenience of collaboration)
The revised act on the promotion of mutual benefit cooperation (22.2.18, Ministry of SMEs and Startups) further strengthened the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and punitive damages regulations and eased the burden of proof on SMEs. As a result, large companies need more responsible compliance when requesting, sharing, and utilizing technical documents for SMEs.
‘TechBridge’ is a service designed to strictly adhere to the act on the promotion of mutual benefit cooperation and to support the entire process of signing, requesting, utilizing, and discarding NDA between large and small businesses in a safe On-line environment. 'TechBridge' will provide a more convenient and intuitive user experience for both large and small business users by eliminating inconveniences caused by inefficiency, inaccuracies, and processing time delays in existing Off-line collaboration processes.
