IW Ukrainian Localization for D365FSCM

The Ukrainian Localization application for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management by Innoware Ukraine LLC enables companies to ensure compliance with Ukrainian tax and accounting regulations and supports the business needs of the local market.

Functionality:

Tax Accounting:

• VAT accounting based on the "first event" rule, in accordance with Ukrainian tax legislation
• Creation of tax invoices for sales and purchases, and maintenance of the tax invoice register
• Import/export of tax invoices for integration with the fiscal VAT reporting system (e.g., via the “M.E.doc” application)
• Reconciliation of tax invoices with primary source documents

Accounts Receivable:

• Enhanced use of agreements to simplify settlements and analyze receivables by agreement; “Reconciliation report” printing form with agreement-level reconciliation
• Maintenance of an invoice register; monitoring invoice status by comparing it with actual payments
• Automatic reconciliation of customer source documents by agreement or invoice
• Management of service acceptance certificate statuses
• Marking incorrect transactions to exclude them from counterparties reconciliation reports

Accounts Payable:

• Enhanced use of agreements to simplify settlements and analyze payables by agreement; “Reconciliation report” printing form with agreement-level reconciliation
• Management of service acceptance certificate statuses
• Marking incorrect transactions to exclude them from counterparties reconciliation reports

General:

• Management of counterparty name translations for use in printed forms
• Management of signatories for printed forms
• Set up the currency name declension for printing forms
