Inaccurate stock management - If we have multiple item codes created which is meant for same single item, then Inventory count becomes inaccurate and complex.

Difficulty in locating the item - If item codes are category specific then it becomes easier to locate it.

Why Samadhan Extension?

Product Template- Provision to create predefined templates for all item categories as per the policy of the organization is available. Manage categories, Attributes and Product template, all from single screen.
Templates have set of attributes which will depend on the characteristics on each category
For each of these attributes, there are predefined attributes values applicable to the set characteristics of the item(s) to be created
Addition of the attribute values can be assigned to a set of qualified people of the organization so that it is controlled and managed well
Category specific number series- Product number generation is automated, and it can be configured with a format as applicable to specific category.
Product description- Product description is automatically created by concatenating the attribute values selected at the time of product creation.
Product UID- A unique identification is allocated to the product in back end.
Restrict duplicates- System doesn’t allow to create the product again with same attribute values. It restricts the duplicate item creation.
Add predefined Suffix- Suffix can be predefined against the category attributes which standardized your product description.
