Hybrid chat agent gadget can be embedded in Dynamics CRM to receive/answer multichannel chat queries

Hybrid Chat is a business-to-customer chat solution that unifies customer chats across channels. It can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This allows customer identification from Microsoft Dynamics CRM on chat arrival and chats events in CRM for reporting.

You can use chatbots as a primary chat participant or as an agent assistant. is shipped as an integrated bot while other bots may also be integrated via the Chatbot API.

Hybrid Chat can be integrated with Cisco Contact Center Express and Enterprise and uses the same contact center agents for routing chat requests while Cisco Contact Center routes voice calls. See Cisco Contact Center Integration.
