Alerts/Notifications Management in Dynamics 365 CRM - Alerts4Dynamics

We initially sought a solution to simply send users email reminders on specified dates. But we ended up creating alerts for MANY entities within the system. The platform has very flexible and easy-to-use customizations and management for different alerts. Additionally, many thanks to the prompt and helpful support team!

We used this to build a subscription center to users can get email alerts when certain events happen within the CRM. We have quite a few Inogic solutions. Alerts, Maplytics and Map My Relationships. They all work really well for our needs. But what makes Inogic stand out, is their support. Any issues or even just feature suggestions get a response within 1 business day and they are very open to improving their products based on our feedback. Sometimes a new feature even gets delivered just some weeks after suggesting it. Quite impressive!

Smooth and efficient installation, well documented. The app and its functionality is well thought out and simple to use. It has loads of features. If anything it has more features than is required in our smaller CRM user base. Will be invaluable in a larger corporate environment.
