ShopRun for SharePoint

"ShopRun", the No. 1 in the chain store industry, is a communication tool between headquarters and stores that realizes multi-store operation reform.

If you are using "ShopRun", you will be able to use the notice feature of "ShopRun" to send all business information such as notices, work instructions, and questionnaires. It is also used for information sharing between various headquarters and stores that occurs in chain store operations, such as application workflows and sharing of good practices.

This application provides the following linkage functions between "SharePoint" and "ShopRun".

Check the information of "ShopRun" on the portal site

You can embed a new arrival list of notices sent by "ShopRun" in the portal site built with SharePoint. This allows you to instantly check your own TODO, such as unread/read information and information to be answered.

Of course, you can also check the list of notices addressed to the store.

Single sign-on eliminates the need for authentication

Since you can take over the SharePoint login information when you log in to "ShopRun", you can quickly check the notice without authenticating with your ID/password.

Filter function according to the application

The following filter features allow you to quickly get to the information you need.

• Unreplied: The unreplied notices that require a reply from the logged-in user are displayed.
• To stores: If the logged-in user is set as the responsible user of the store, the notice addressed to the responsible store is displayed.
• To me: If the logged-in user is set as the responsible user or store advisor, the notice to me will be displayed.
