Overview

de facto 365 ATS is a tool designed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Recruitment Process in any organization. It is a storehouse of candidate information, with all details regarding their profile, experience, positions applied for, and their current status.   • Recruiting projects – Recruitment projects allow recruiters to track progress of open positions, by organizing the steps required to close open positions. The recruitment project identifies the department and job for which positions are open and keep track of parameters such as number of positions, hiring managers, and turn around time for closing the position.
  • Applicants and Applications – This contains all details of applicants who have applied against a recruiting request, such as their contact details, personal information, skills and competencies, application source, status, which position they have applied against, etc. Interactions with applicants can be scheduled from here as well. A single applicant may have multiple applications depending on how many positions they have expressed interest in.
  • Candidate Portal – This is a one-stop information center for candidates to apply against openings, check the status of their application, update their details, etc.
  • Correspondence – This feature allows recruiters to directly interact with candidates in one go, by sending emails based on standard templates for selection, rejection, status update, etc.
  • Skill Repository – A Skill database gets created as candidate skills keep getting added to the system. Whenever there is a new requirement, recruiters can search for candidates with specific skill sets existing in the system. This further reduces turnaround time for closing positions.
  • Insights – All recruitment-related analytics such as the progress on open positions, turnaround time, hiring source effectiveness, etc., are available at the click of a button.
