Alithya’s Property Management for Dynamics 365 allows
residential property managers and leasing agents to track vital property
details and initiate the application and leasing processes for prospective
tenants. This solution leverages the Dynamics 365 Sales app for the application
and lease processes and the Dynamics 365 Customer Service app for
maintenance processes and issue management.
The following functionality is provided:
Dynamics 365 Field Service can also be used to
extend capabilities around work order management, asset tracking and dispatch,
while Dynamics 365 Marketing can be used to market available
properties and enhance tenant communication. Further leverage Power Apps Portals to allow tenants to submit work requests, communicate with property
