Q-Jmp Enterprize Commerce Platform

Q-Jmp is a flexible and multi-faceted server-side platform which integrates and centralizes all brand-to-consumer digital commerce channels for C-Store, F&B and QSR brands, serving customer-facing technology components

to deliver a client-branded user experience. Q-Jmp is also the single integration point for all third-party data sources, including POS, third party delivery and payment provider systems. This structure allows web and app commerce applications to access data services in a unified manner and provides maintenance, serviceability and

reliability benefits.

First deployed in 2006, Q-Jmp has evolved significantly, with a wide range of C-Store and QSR/F&B knowledge and intellectual property having been applied to the product. Primary among Q-Jmp’s features are those that fill the gaps for functions that are not available via POS or back-office systems:

1. A user-profile-driven admin console which all stakeholders can use to manage specific digital channel functions

2. Support for enriched menus to ensure that client products are presented correctly. This includes:
