With this integration between Microsoft Teams and SolarWinds Service Desk, your employees will be able to open tickets in Service Desk without leaving their work and collaboration environment (Microsoft Teams).
Once installed, Service Desk technicians do not no longer need to manually open tickets for incidents or service requests coming in from the Teams chat, nor refer employees to the service portal nor ask them to write an email to do so.
