Through this integration, Microsoft Teams users can not only place and receive VoIP calls through the Xtalk PBX but also benefit from all the advanced telephony features of Xtalk PBX directly within Microsoft Teams. This lets users place calls directly from the Microsoft Teams, including call transfers, call on hold and other VoIP services.To use Xtalk Collaboration, you must be a user of a Xtalk system,for which you need to have an account.
