Specific functions in HSE management systems

• Hazard assessment - Optimize workplace safety in your company through individual hazard analyses. Reuse of protective measures allows efficient creation and maintenance of the hazard analysis for the entire company. All assessments are assigned to locations, facilities, and activities and can be customized in the DaIM app. Workflows are used to trigger and approve updates to the risk assessments in a timely manner.
  
• Operating & Work Instructions - DaIM manages all required information of their operating and work instructions in a data-based manner and dynamically generates the required notices without manual adjustments. Each instruction is assigned to locations, facilities, and activities and can be accessed directly from the DaIM app, including mobile.
  
• Accident reporting - Accidents, near misses, critical situations and first aid book entries need to be reported easily and quickly. DaIM supports the employee in initiating the notification and necessary measures in a process-guided manner. Necessary accident reports to professional associations are generated automatically.
  
• Instruction - The participants for instruction are automatically generated from the employee master record. For all relevant activities, evidence is kept and online effectiveness checks are stored.
