This Outlook Addon makes it easy to view contextual information from your iDSS CRM within Microsoft Outlook. You can view contact details, create tasks and push entire email threads up to the CRM ensuring the details of your interactions with your contacts are captured correctly. You can also create new Accounts and Contacts in your iDSS CRM directly from Outlook.
