Lumoa

Lumoa is a SaaS hosted in Microsoft Azure where our customers can analyse customer feedback. Our platform does sentiment analysis and topic modeling for in the platform. We utilise also microsoft's GPT API and Bing to produce the service, GPT is used to make summaries from feedback and bing is used to translated feedback to for example in to English so we can analyse it in common language.
