Access (EVA) is the Power App that enables external or internal guest’s management
for visits or meeting into office facilities.
EVA is fully compliant with security and GDPR regulations and can be used with mobile devices such smartphones and Microsoft Teams.

OFFICE FRONT
DESK, SECURITY, CONTROL AND ADDRESSING VISITORS
Registration of employees’ check in and check out: employees can easily register when they enter or leave the office scanning their personal badges.
REGISTRATION AND
CHECK IN PROCEDURE FOR VISITORS
Visitors’ check in: guests can easily register when coming and leaving the office entering their own data or retrieving them through a booking code they can receive via email upon invitation (pre-registration).
SUPPLYING AND
GATHERING DATA
The App shows guests with a wide range of information (offices maps, directions to reach dedicated meeting rooms, promotional and marketing material, useful miscellaneous information) and allows to gather information from guests (Privacy policy, customer experience feedbacks etc.).
NOTIFICATION TO
GUESTS' CHECKING IN
When a guest registers to the office front desk, the App notifies the internal host via Microsoft Teams, e-mail or SMS.
INTEGRATION WITH
WI-FI SYSTEM
EVA automatically creates Wi-Fi credentials for visitors when they register in order to connect without further registration.
MANAGING
EMERGENCIES
In case of facility emergency evacuation, it’s possible to retrieve and download the presence list using a mobile device as a smartphone or a tablet.
