MessageInSky Solution enables automatic delivery of any information to user devices via short text messages and other channels. MessageInSky is an innovative solution for communicating with your employees and/ or end users directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Send information via SMS or other channels to Customer or Employee automatically from Dynamics 365 system. With MessageInSky for Dynamics 365, you can send messages to Contacts directly from your Dynamics 365 instance. You don't have to reveal your own personal number, and all your colleagues can see what the organization has sent to that contact. Please note that a Contact must have a "Mobile" phone number on their record to use this feature - other phone numbers will not be used. The solution enables fast and secure communication, sending automated notifications and reminders.
