Excel Add-In to upload and import active worksheet content into Signal Hill's VQA app projects.

The Signal Hill Uploader allows users to upload and import active worksheets into their VQA projects with the proper Excel worksheet format. Users will be able to login and select the projects they want to import the active worksheet into. The sheet data will be imported into the VQA projects' checklist items.
