TriSys Recruitment CRM/ATS allows consultants to quickly lookup and create contacts in Outlook
Outlook add-in for pulling and pushing data from/to TriSys CRM/ATS Cloud. TriSys is a customer relationship management system (CRM), or applicant tracking system (ATS), designed specifically for recruitment.
Recruiters can create contact records directly from e-mail messages, saving time and improving accuracy.
When an e-mail is selected in the InBox and a matching contact is found, TriSys displays the full contact record in the Outlook task-pane, thus enabling recruiters to understand the context of the e-mail conversation and respond accordingly, either within Outlook or by running actions to mail-merge sophisticated responses in the TriSys application.
The ability to choose an attachment and Parse CV saves recruiters hours per day processing large volumes of candidate job applications.
Please note, that this add-in is for customers of TriSys Business Software only i.e. you must have an account with TriSys in order to login and connect the add-in to your cloud database.
