Trakk is a tool to manage operational risk in trade finance, by helping raise alerts & detect potential fraud as early as possible.
Trakk allows users to stamp, trace & authenticate digital documents. It ensures that any action that is registered on a document is linked to both the company & the individual authorised to perform the action.
By stamping, users can sign specific activities on a pdf document only such as ‘certify’, ‘finance’ or ‘pay’. This process builds a unique & immutable audit trail behind digital documents.
Trakk subscribers (paid account) can sign and be an actor (add activities) in the audit trail. Guest users can verify documents and view the audit trail free of charge.
