The NEXGENAM Service Request allows you to seamlessly create a service request in NEXGEN application

Now your employees can submit new service requests without having to login into a portal or switching over to the NEXGEN app. The new NEXGENAM Service Request Add-in allows users to generate a service request from an email received in Outlook. The user can fill out basic service request details and even add the email as an attachment for easy referencing - saving you precious time!
