Note - This app requires Tenant admin to install and provide consent on behalf of organization during installing the app. During initial configuration admin needs to provide site collection URL on which required list/library would be created. This site collection should be share to everyone on organization with contribute access or provide access at list and library level so that end user can create/view listings. Tenant admin can find all the urls like site, list, library at Admin->Configuration to see the data.
