The FACT24 ENS+ App connects Microsoft Teams to FACT24 ENS+, which is the comprehensive alerting application of the proactive crisis management and emergency notification solution FACT24. This app enables companies to communicate rapidly and precisely with their employees through Microsoft Teams when a disruption or crisis happens. Concretely, alarm notifications triggered via FACT24 ENS+ can be sent to your employees as Microsoft Teams messages, either as information only or with the request to respond to the alarm. Employees can give feedback within the Microsoft Teams chat and it will be registered in FACT24 ENS+ automatically.
The FACT24 ENS+ App can only be used in connection with a FACT24 license.
