Access all business contacts from ERP, CRM, etc. directly in Microsoft Teams.

• Free text search across all connected databases of your business applications.
• Flexible search by name, department, company, e-mail, telephone number, etc.
• Start a Teams call with one click. Optionally, you can also call your contacts directly in Teams via a third-party application (a licensed Microsoft Teams telephony or a third-party telephony system configured as a Windows standard app for telephony is required for a call via the telephone network).
• Save your favorites for quick access.
• For contact searches, your Teams client automatically connects to the associated OnPremise Directory server (included in the product and can be installed on a Windows system). The download package will be accessible during the ‘Try & Buy’ phase (see below)

You can test the app with sample contacts immediately after installation without any further requirements.

To be able to use this app with your business contacts, users need an active ‚Contacts By XPhone‘ subscription and your company must provide a configured directory server.
