Ayda Insights gives objective, science-based data on your online collaboration efficiency, psychological safety, employee engagement, and inclusion. The insights help you spot areas for improvement, prioritize problem areas, adjust your hybrid policies, and find the optimal balance that supports employee productivity, engagement, and wellbeing. To get started, choose “Add to a meeting” and choose which meetings you want to follow.
Ayda is active only in the selected meetings and has no access to meetings it isn't explicitly set to join. Ayda also always announces its presence when being added to each meeting. All individuals who were in the meeting have equal access to the results provided by Ayda. The results are primarily delivered as aggregated insights straight to the meeting chat, not highlighting any individuals. The individual insights provided by Ayda are always personal and delivered while protecting the individual’s privacy.
