Customers can create tickets for their IT service providers directly in the bot.

With the HOMER.center bot, users can interact directly with the support team of their IT service provider (if they use HOMER.center as their IT service provider system).

Users of Microsoft Teams benefit from the possibility to open support tickets via Teams - in addition to Outlook, telephone or the HOMER.center portal. The range of functions includes in particular

- Opening a support ticket

- Adding additional information to existing tickets

- Receiving feedback from the support team in the Teams chat

Note: The answers are processed by the (human) support team. The support itself is therefore not carried out by a bot/machine, the bot enables efficient communication with the support team.
