Pimics Recommendations is a tool that connects customer support with your product portfolio in real time. It uses data from the Product Information Management module – specifically from the Pimics solution – and dynamically displays relevant product and service information to the operator during the call based on the topic being discussed with the customer.

All product data is drawn directly from the central Pimics system, which serves as a clear and up-to-date source of truth (so-called single source of truth). This acts as a prevention of unnecessary complaints or misunderstandings.

The system continuously monitors the conversation and identifies keywords, topics or specific products and services that the customer mentions.
  • Displays relevant information from Pimics
The operator immediately sees related products, variants, technical specifications, additional services or available promotions - without the need for manual search.
  • Contextual recommendation of products and topics
Based on the course of the call, the system suggests alternatives, accessories or additional services, thus supporting cross-sell and up-sell. Similarly, the system will recommend questions according to the product service manual (if included).
  • Direct connection to the Pimics PIM system
Ensures that operators work with up-to-date, centralized and validated product data - across channels and departments.
