CoreInteract for admin provides you complete control of CoreInteract directly from your Microsoft Teams client, no logging into separate applications or a need to launch a web browser. This app can only be used by Admins of the organization. Once you are granted the appropriate administrator rights to your company’s instance of CoreInteract you will have complete control to create, edit and view:
• Workflow Dashboard (routing, queuing for Voice/SMS/WebChat/Email/Social)
• Workgroups
• Users
• Roles
• Audio files
• Org Management
• Hours of Operation
• Source Management (CRM, HRM, xRM) for screen pops
CoreInteract for Microsoft Teams is built on the Microsoft Bot framework, deployed in Azure, and leveraging Azure Cognitive Services capable of uniquely delivering any of your communications into your native Teams user application. The CI Admin application enables you to easily configure and manage:
• Inbound Call Routing and Queuing
• Integrated screen pops for such popular applications as Dynamics 365 and SalesForce
• AI analytics, including conversation keyword and sentiment analysis
• Real-time performance dashboards
• Historical reporting with trend analysis
