This app supports Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft365.
To fully benefit from this application, users must have a RealWear headset.
New Users:
- Open the Collaborate App on your RealWear Headset.
- Read the 5-digit Quick Connect code to your Remote Expert.
- Remote Expert enters the 5-digit code in the relevant box in the RealWear Teams app, then taps Connect.
- A meeting will then be created between the desktop/mobile user and the RealWear Headset.
- The Headset user must accept the call.
