Personally identifiable information (PII) is what we typically think about when we think “personal data”. This includes both traditional (name, phone number) and newer (email, IP address) identifiers.

But when you manage and run an ERP system, additional data you hold from purchase orders, financial details, invoices, last connections, outstanding debt etc. is also covered by GDPR regulation requirements.

The GDPR accelerator for Dynamics 365 enables organizations’ ERP to be compliant with GDPR regulations. The accelerator boosts standard GDPR functionality in Finance and Operations, and retro fits previous versions too that pre-dated the need for GDPR compliance. 
Upon receipt of a personal information request, you can:

  • Log data subject right (DSR) request
  • Identify subject’s personal data
  • Print subject’s personal data
  • Export subject’s personal data
  • Complete personal data
  • Erase personal data (anonymization)
