Deeplink allows you to setup a fully customisable chatbot, also called conversational agent, powered with AI and access it in Microsoft Teams, at the heart of your daily interactions. With Teams, you add a new touchpoint to an existing assistant, and provide direct access to enhanced-services such as an IT Helpdesk, a tutorial bot or a configuration agent.
Deeplink Chatbot is available to any user wanting to setup an AI driven chatbot in teams, and to enterprises which already have a Deeplink agent and wish to facilitate its access in the daily ecosystem.
Deeplink's virtual agents are fully customisable. They are especially powerful at automating support queries, and collecting data from user issues such as on a IT Helpdesk, providing real help to employees. With Deeplink, provide personalised help at scale with proactive, self-serve, and human support.
To use this app, you will need an account with Deeplink. Our app Deeplink Chatbot is destined at enterprise environments primarily, and requires a Deeplink bot to be associated with your Teams organisation. To get started, you need to provide Deeplink with your organisation's tenant ID, and the ID of your Deeplink chatbot (this can be found in your account's settings page).
