Controls the users’ Cisco BroadSoft telephone extension.
Unity Desktop provides advanced telephone control for users to increase productivity and ease-of-use. Specifically, users can perform click-to-dial, retrieve and playback voice messages, send and receive SMS, access directories of other business users and see their presence availability, send and receive IM's and configure all their telephony services.
The Unity Desktop for Teams mobile app for iOS and Android allows the user to make outbound calls from their BroadSoft extension.
