Supermetrics works with a lot of Social Networks and Platforms that we use. We can also access data via BigQuery in Looker Studio and Google Sheets which makes it easy to integrate into our workflow. We had a few problems with data, but the customer support would help us individually and get a solution for us.

The UI is sometimes hard to learn and not that intuitive.

We have dozens of clients that advertise with us. We want to show them performance data in our custom dashboards, make these dashboards fast and reliable to use and also show historical data sometimes. Supermetrics helps here by storing and archiving the data and making it possible to access them via Looker Studio or BigQuery.

The options available and settings are great and there's a ton of platform integrations they connect with. Integrations are pretty seamless and easy to setup. The support team is very helpful and will do screen shares with you, but usually on Finland time.

Support team isn't always able to help - they have a solution but it sometimes costs more money because you aren't paying for the service or solution.

Super simple and versatile. Almost all data can be transferred to the desired tool. We use it to combine performance marketing data from various sources and prepare it in Looker Studio and Google Sheets.

Not all data sources like Meta or Microsoft Ads can be integrated into Looker Studio. Here, Supermetrics helps as an interface.

Supermetrics have a ton of connectors to platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google and more. They make it super simple to load data to Google Sheets and BigQuery. I love their customer support and they always seems to have new connectors to test out.

The only is issue I run into a script failures sometimes, but this is more on the platform APIs not Supermetrics.
