We are offering a full "end to end" Microsoft Teams direct routing solution for customers that would like to integrate PSTN calling with their current Teams experience. Customers can get all components needed to implement Teams direct routing in their tenants, from SBC platform, to licensing, to provisioning services and hardware recommendations.

We offer indivdual telecom plans (flat/ by tariff), SIP trunks, phone numbers, porting services (only region: Switzerland/Germany) as well as Session Border Controller (SBC redundante platforms on Microsoft Azure, either shared or dedicated solutions for larger companies (sourcing)) as well as Microsoft 365 CSP licensing if needed.

The solution includes upfront advisory and analysis of telecom requirements with customer, complete setup of all Teams telephony components and configuration (Callflows, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, User Provisioning etc.) as well as Headsets, Teams desktop phones and Teams rooms devices. 
The configuration and setup process is highly automated and therefore cost effective. It can be quickly implemented/deployed and covers a wide range of customer scenarios and requirements. The solution also allows indivual configurations or integrations for hybrid PBX scenarios as well as Skype for Business migrations. Customer based ranges from small to large corporations. 

With our solution, customer can profit from an existing, mature and proven solution that is used by more thant 200+ customers currently.
