Membership database

  • MemberCast features can track all data and relationships for both individual and corporate members including: key metrics, nonfinancial statistics, member activity, event attendance, subscriptions, sponsorships, referrals, dues renewals and marketing responses. The flexibility of Dynamics 365 allows organizations to configure the solution to meet their organization’s needs and allows for efficient enhancements.

Event tracking

  • The software enables organizations to keep better tabs on all their events with enhanced event tracking. This feature includes full event registration and payment functionality, as well as exhibitor and sponsor sales and invoice tracking, follow-ups, RSVPs, a master calendar of events, scheduling, sessions and attendance figures.

Data management

  • User-defined fields and relationships within Microsoft Dynamics 365 provide robust capability for storing and reporting data. The platform allows organizations to share contacts, activities and company information across your organization. In addition, MemberCast has a seamless integration into Microsoft Outlook and Excel for single-source data management.

Membership dues

  • MemberCast allows organizations to automate dues billing schedules and include parent and corporate bills and proper deferred revenue and recognition.
